Partner Sp. z o.o. has supplied spare parts for garden and forestry machinery for almost 30 years, including under its own NEVADA brand. Its customers in Ireland are wholesalers and service centres from Cork to Cavan, and in Northern Ireland around Belfast. Every order is a different pallet: from a 60×80 half-pallet to a full EURO pallet weighing 670 kg.
Three things matter to a distributor: the recipient gets the goods on the promised date, nobody has to call asking "where is the pallet", and every transport can be matched to a specific order. Add Northern Ireland, a customs border the customer does not want to handle alone.

Partner books a shipment with its own order number and a fixed schedule takes over: collection from the warehouse in Wrocław, departure from Poland on Friday, the ferry and door delivery in Ireland on our own tail-lift truck. The same carrier from loading to unloading, no freight exchange and no third-party drivers.
On delivery day the recipient gets an SMS and an email with a time window, so unloading is ready, while Partner sees the status online and has proof of delivery for every pallet. For Northern Ireland we handle the customs formalities. Partner's order number is on the invoice, and regular customers get one consolidated invoice a month.
From May to the end of October Partner booked 63 transports. 100 pallets and half-pallets weighing 18.3 tonnes in total went to 14 towns in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Not one delivery was cancelled, and Partner's customers received their goods at the door with a timed notification.
