Under the Windsor Framework, Northern Ireland follows EU rules for goods. Goods in EU free circulation travel from Poland to Northern Ireland without customs declarations — no import duty and no border checks on the island of Ireland.
We always route via Dublin, so your consignment never passes through Great Britain. That matters: a route through GB would mean transit or export/import declarations, because GB is outside the EU.
