You do not have to wait for our collection. The goods can be delivered to our warehouse in Września — with your own transport or your supplier's. We will take them in, store them until departure and load them onto the weekly line to Ireland. On the Irish side we have a warehouse in Ballivor (Co. Meath).

From manufacturers and wholesalers — free of charge. The first mile stays with the supplier and you pay less: a 20 € discount on every pallet delivered to the warehouse.
The goods wait safely for the next departure. Terms for longer storage are agreed individually when the order is confirmed.

According to the departure schedule — every week, on our own fleet.
You order the goods and the manufacturer or wholesaler delivers them straight to Września. The first mile is on their side, and you gain a 20 € discount per pallet.
With your own transport, after giving notice. You drop the goods at the warehouse — we take care of loading and departure.

Our base on the Irish side — from here we distribute to Dublin and the whole of Ireland. Self-collection possible by prior arrangement.
We take deliveries in Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00. Announce the delivery by email or phone at the latest the day before, quoting the order number. The driver should carry a delivery document (delivery note or invoice); we confirm the intake by email on the day of unloading.
We confirm every intake by email, and once the shipment leaves, the recipient gets an SMS and email at every stage, right down to the time slot on the delivery day.
Taking the delivery in and confirming it are free of charge. Storage terms are agreed individually — they depend on the departure date and the number of pallets.
Yes — with prior notice. The warehouse discount of 20 € per pallet applies regardless of who brings the goods in.
Yes, by email on the day of unloading, with the number of packages and any notes on the condition of the consignment.
Please give us notice at the latest the day before — that way we reserve an unloading slot. We will take an unannounced delivery if the current unloading schedule allows it.
With the order number on every pallet or outer package and on the delivery document — that is how we assign goods to the right shipment.
