Delivery consolidation from Poland to Ireland

Ordering goods from several Polish manufacturers or wholesalers? Give them the address of our warehouse in Września. We will take the deliveries in, pick the whole consignment and deliver it in one transport to the address you give us in Ireland.

Goods intake free of charge · 20 € discount per pallet · departures every week · carrier liability cover €200,000

How it works

Four steps — your job ends at the address

1. You order from your suppliers

As the delivery address you give: Express Trucks, ul. Leśna 10, 62-300 Września — with the order number we issue on confirmation.

2. We take in every delivery

At unloading we check the number of packages and the condition of the consignment. We confirm the intake by email the same day.

3. We complete the shipment

Once the last delivery arrives, we load the whole consignment onto the next weekly departure to Ireland.

4. We deliver to the door

With a tail-lift truck, CMR paperwork and SMS and email notifications at every stage of the route.

Why it pays off

One transport instead of several shipments

Suppliers ship domestically

Delivery to Września usually costs a fraction of sending each batch to Ireland separately.

Warehouse discount

For every pallet delivered to our warehouse we take 20 € off the transport price.

Volume discounts

3–6 pallets: −5%, 7–15 pallets: −8%, 16 and more: −10%. Consolidation naturally builds bigger batches — and lower rates.

One invoice, one number

Instead of several consignments from different carriers — one delivery with a full set of documents and a single tracking number.

An example from the price list: 4 pallets from three suppliers to Dublin — 4 × 180 € = 720 €, less the −5% volume discount and the 20 € warehouse discount on each pallet: about 604 € in total, one delivery and one invoice instead of three separate shipments to Ireland. You can work out the exact price in the order wizard.

Plainly about the route

When it travels and which way

Large batches go from Września straight to the delivery address. Single pallets are combined with other orders on the same route — which is why we confirm the exact departure date once the last delivery has been taken in. Current schedule: departure dates.

Scope

What we accept for consolidation

EURO and industrial pallets, furniture in factory packaging, windows and doors on A-frames or pallets, outer boxes strapped onto a pallet. We do not carry oversized loads — if an item fits neither a pallet nor an A-frame, send us the dimensions before ordering and we will tell you straight away whether we can take it.

From intake at the warehouse to delivery the goods are in our care: goods protection is included in the price, with the option to extend it, and the transports are covered by carrier liability up to €200,000.

Shipment visibility

You know what stage your shipment is at — from the first delivery to the final drop.

We confirm every intake at the warehouse by email, and once the shipment leaves we keep your recipient in Ireland informed for you — SMS and email at every stage, right down to the time slot on the delivery day.

FAQ

Delivery consolidation — questions

How much does consolidation cost?

Taking the deliveries in and confirming them are free of charge. Transport is charged from the price list, with a 20 € discount for every pallet delivered to the warehouse plus volume discounts (3–6 pallets −5%, 7–15 −8%, 16+ −10%).

How should the supplier label the delivery?

With the order number we issue on confirmation — added to the delivery address and on the label of every pallet. That way we assign the goods to your shipment straight away.

How long can the goods wait in the warehouse for the remaining deliveries?

On a typical consolidation the goods wait to be completed until the next departure. Terms for longer storage are agreed individually when the order is confirmed — they depend on the number of deliveries and the departure schedule.

How will I know that a delivery has arrived?

We confirm every intake by email on the day of unloading, with the number of packages and any notes on the condition of the consignment.

What if a delivery arrives damaged?

We check the condition of the packaging at unloading. We describe any damage in the intake confirmation and send photos straight away — you decide with your supplier whether the goods travel on.

Can pallets be combined with boxes?

Yes — we accept boxes strapped onto a pallet; such a pallet counts in the shipment like any other.

Who gets the transport invoice?

You, as the ordering party — one VAT invoice for the whole shipment. You settle for the goods directly with your suppliers.
