The questions we hear most

Before you call — the answers.

Can I send just a single pallet?

Yes. The price list starts from a single pallet and there is no logistics minimum. From 3 pallets to the same address we apply volume discounts (−5%, −8%, −10%).

Do you collect from my warehouse if I don't have a loading dock?

Yes — we run tail-lift trucks, so we can collect a pallet from ground level: a warehouse, shop or yard. All that's needed is a packed and shrink-wrapped pallet.

How do I know which zone my recipient is in?

S1 is Dublin and its surrounds, S2 most of Ireland, S3 the hard-to-reach regions (including Donegal, Kerry, Mayo). No need to guess: choose "I don't know" in the order and we'll set the zone from the Eircode and confirm the price by email before collection.

Will my customer in Ireland know when delivery is coming?

Yes — the recipient gets an SMS and email on the morning of delivery with a time slot, and another notification shortly before arrival. You don't have to pass anything on or field "where's the driver" calls.

How do payment and invoicing work?

We issue a VAT invoice to your company — that's why we ask for a VAT ID in the order. Payment is by bank transfer; for ongoing work we agree payment terms and individual discounts.

How often do you run?

Trucks run between Poland and Ireland every week, in both directions, and the average delivery time is 4–6 business days. After you place the order we confirm the exact collection date and expected delivery by email.

Is the load insured?

Yes, shipments are covered by carrier liability insurance up to €200,000. We can provide the policy documents for inspection on request.
