Every load is covered by our carrier liability insurance with a sum insured of up to €200,000 for the whole route. For higher-value consignments you can use a declaration of value and extended cover — we will match the scope when you place the order.
You know where your goods are
At every stage we send SMS and email notifications — from collection to delivery, with a time slot on the delivery day. You can check the status at any moment in tracking using your order number. No more guessing whether the shipment has arrived.
Address to address with a tail lift — safe loading
We run tail-lift vehicles, so pallets are picked up and set down from ground level, with no risky manual lifting and no need for a loading dock. Goods properly packed on a pallet travel as a single block — which is the best protection against damage on the road.
And if something does go wrong
International transport is carried out under the CMR Convention, and the claim rules are clear and set out in our terms and conditions. Visible damage is recorded at delivery and claims are handled quickly — with no passing responsibility between middlemen, because we carry on our own fleet.
