Selling to Ireland? This is how you get the goods to your customers

The Irish market buys from Polish shops more and more readily — the problem is usually not the selling, but the delivery. Expensive courier parcels, forwarders who make you wait for a quote, no information on status. Here is how to ship goods to Ireland more simply, more cheaply and with full control.

Whether you run an online shop, a wholesale business or sell on Irish marketplaces — the goods have to reach the island somehow. Express Trucks does that for companies on the Poland ⇄ Ireland route: on pallets, on a public price list, on our own fleet.

Retail goods in boxes secured in a vehicle for the route to Ireland

No logistics minimum — you can send a single pallet

You do not have to fill a whole vehicle or wait until enough builds up. You can send one pallet or ten — you pay only for the pallet spaces you use, and on bigger batches the unit rate drops. That lets you deliver to Ireland regularly, without tying up capital in large shipments.

A price straight away, not in two days

In classic forwarding, most of the time is lost on quoting. With us the price list is public — you enter the pallet, the weight and the recipient's postcode and see the price in the calculator in a few seconds. It is the same amount you will see on the invoice. That makes it easier to work out your margin and to show the customer the delivery cost right in the basket.

Your customer knows where their order is

We inform the recipient by SMS and email at every stage, and on the delivery day they get a time slot. You can also check the shipment status at any moment in tracking using the order number. Fewer "where is my parcel" calls to your customer service.

A VAT invoice and −10% for companies with an account

For every shipment we issue a Polish VAT invoice. Companies with an account get −10% on every transport, a shipment history and faster ordering. For regular cooperation we agree individual terms and payment dates.

How to start — in 3 steps

  • 1. Work out the price in the calculator (pallet, weight, postcode in Ireland).
  • 2. Order online — you give the collection and delivery addresses.
  • 3. We collect with a tail-lift truck from your warehouse and deliver to the address in Ireland.

Everything else — the ferry, the route, the notifications, delivery in 4–6 business days on average — is on our side.
